Superior Vigor in blue letters?
OK, so I bought this Sup Vigor from another player, but it looks wierd. The letters are blue instead of gold, and the picture in the inventory screen shows a minor vigor picture. But it says sup vigor and +50HP...
Is this a bug or something? |

hmmm youd have to ask a more experienced player than me, as ive only been playing for two years. but my guess would be either old school, or bug mabey.

It will be an old Sup Vig from the start of the game. Since then the graphics and name have been updated.
You won't be able to trade it to the rune trader but you will be able to use it fine. |

Ah. ok. I haven't had the game that long (only about 9 months). So I'm rather clueless on all the "old school" versions of things. As long as I can use it, it's cool. tyvm

Currently, a blue (common) armor drop will have a minor rune, a purple (uncommon) armor drop will have a major rune, and a gold (rare) armor drop will have a superior rune. This was not always the case. The rarer the armor drop, the higher the chance of getting a superior. The chance of a sup vig on a gold armor was very small, I've yet to see even a purple sup vig rune (i.e, screenie plz). Maybe it's worth something good if you auction it.

It is fine. Currently all Superior Runes come on gold armor drops. However, when you salvage the rune off of the armor, it is blue. Only the armor it was on is gold. All runes, of any kind are blue.
